About the founders
Outstanding leadership and extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and organizational development.
First Founder
A. Nasr al-Din Mustafa Saleh al-Mahjoub
A certified public accountant and auditor with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and organizational development. He has held leadership positions in the telecommunications sector, in addition to serving as an international trainer and financial consultant to numerous local and international companies. He holds memberships in several professional and academic institutions at the local and regional levels.
He possesses an outstanding academic record, including a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the United States, and a Bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate diploma from the National Institute of Management, both with honors.
He has provided consulting services to a wide range of industrial and service organizations, overseeing feasibility studies, developing financial systems, and restructuring administrative frameworks. He also has extensive experience in training and delivering advanced professional programs.
The second founder:
D. Siham Misbah Bazina
Associate Professor of Accounting and Auditing at the National Institute of Administration, with over 25 years of experience in university teaching, training, and the development of financial and administrative systems.
Holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting, and a Diploma in External Auditing (PhD level).
Has held leadership positions in the public sector and delivered numerous specialized courses in government accounting, control, quality, entrepreneurship, and financial planning.
Participated in high-level governmental and advisory committees, contributed to the development of national plans and strategies, and conducted studies and evaluations of economic projects and public institutions.
The third founder:
M. Khairi Khalifa Masoud Al-Muq
A chemical engineer with over 30 years of professional experience in industry, quality, and organizational development. He worked at the National Pipe Manufacturing Company and major government institutions, and was part of Libya’s first elections through the High National Elections Commission, where he held organizational and training leadership roles.
He specializes in quality systems, inspection, project management, and leadership, and has completed several advanced courses, including Certified Quality Consultant and a Mini-MBA in Local Administration.
He has contributed his expertise to the private sector through his work as a quality consultant and collaborator with international companies, in addition to his role in the Sustainability in Management and Organizational Development group.
